Become a Business Mentor.

What’s involved?

Business Mentoring with TSBC is very flexible and full training and continual on-going support from us is provided. The nature and the quality of the work we do means that we are able to offer flexible mentoring options for our business mentors. This means you can do it by phone, email, face-to-face and at your convenience. Business mentors support participants (young or adult; in groups or one-to-one) who have completed the E=MC² series of programmes (including the new E=A² Programme being launched in March 2013)

When?

Mentoring starts once our core programmes have finished, which means participating service users would have undergone between 5-10 weeks of thorough enterprise training and they should have a business idea and made significant progress with it too.

Time commitment:

Approximately 20 hours per year
