We are changing the way in which we deliver programmes and where required will spilt each programme you commission into two and this will allow us to deliver two programmes at two different periods and meet recruitment and participation targets. For London programmes we are developing an annual term timetables where we will deliver 2-4 programmes over the year from our head office which will enable us to help you meet your targets should we not meet them when delivering during the sessions.

Spot Purchasing

This is only available in London at the moment. We are currently setting our term dates for September 2012 through till March 2013. Social Return on Investment is a grey area but we are revolutionising the way in which we measure the two key things in social impact monitoring, attribution and deadweight. For every programme or project we complete we produce a social impact report which takes a score from each stakeholder in each participant’s case (i.e. parent, job centre, key worker, teacher) for each commissioned outcome. This allows us to calculate with much less bias, how much social impact we make and ultimately what level of social return on investment we provide you.
